Ihr Profil :

• Studium der Agrarwissenschaften oder der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit landwirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
• Kenntnisse in den MS Office-Standardanwendungen
• Eigeninitative und selbständiges Arbeiten
• Freundlichkeit
• Teamfähigkeit
• Führerscheinklasse B
• Englisch- oder Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Mission: organise and manage the database of genetic resources in order to establish the tools to facilitate the breeding process of corn, sunflower and rape hybrids.

Under the responsability of Breeding Manager and direct co-working with all breeding teams, your main responisibilities are:
- to organise the database of genetic resources in order to establish the tools to make a link with our SI,
- to participate in agronomical treats study; you are a person which will propose the study projects and research the associations genotype/phenotype,
- to ensure a scientific monitoring on those topics and to look for international partnerships,
- to bear the support and expertise in assisted selection by markers to the different breeding groups.

High shcool license /Ph.D.
Scientific organisation or University Academic degree in breeding, with experience in genetic association (genomic breeding, phenotyping, high stream)
Knowledge in genetic database analysing

 Responsibilities :
- to run the progress of works within SUNRISE project for the campaign 2013 (development of diversity databases, establishment of trials and phenotyping at the end of trials),
- to be multipurpose regarding all the activities of the project Sunflower Breeding (works in nursary: sowing, flowering, notations and breeding of all material currently selected, trials visits with the Breeding Manager).

Agronomical Degree diploma, with the 1st experience in breeding/experimentation programms,

 Your responsibilities:
- to manage directly the Production Studies department which has for a main mission the study of productivity by genetic/location/agronomical technics,
- to be an interface with Product Managers in production of sunflower, rape and corn seeds; you are their technical referent,
- to specify an action plan and international coordination (Ukraine-Spain) of productivity studies,
- to supervise the activities of quality control laboratory in collaboration with the its Manager,
- you are a referent adviser of your colleagues of a whole agronomical issues applied to the production of corn, sunflower and rape seeds,
- you are in charge of prospecting and technological monitoring, you are running the application of new technologies,
- you are a tecnical referent for seeds production technics and you represent Maïsadour Semences near our local, regional and national partners as well as interprofessionnal bodies.

Agronomical Master degree.
You have strong agronomical skills and significant experience in team leading of minimum 10 years.
You have pedagogical skills and listening direction.
You are able to take the initiative.
Imperative English spoken, 3d language is an advantage (for ex: Russian).

 Responsibilities:
- to run properly the works in the nursary, with the breeding techncian 
- take in charge the opening of the breeding programme,
- to make notes, to choose and select the identified plants regarding our internal policy,
- to participate to the choice et decisions concerning the genetic material to keep,
- to supply and manage our database and to run the genealogy project,
- to work in interface with other services of R&D department, especially with the lab in order to put the procedure of molecular marking breeding in the nursary.

 You will be under the responsibility of Experimentation Manager and have for a main mission :

- to lead the sowing and harvesting of experimental plots of corn, sunflower and rape seeds;
- to build the field plans and to classify the samples for sowing;
- to control the agronomical rotation of our experimental fields in France and abroad;
- to participate to the notation and analyses of results.

Agricultural BTS, ideally with the 1st experience.

You have agronomical knowledge in plant production sphere, seeds, agronomical experimentation and plant improving.
You can drive the agricultural machines, have skills on woring with the computor and English speaking.

You are able to lead a team, have a good relationship and high organisational skills. You appreciate the field work.
